The principals of Harbor First Solutions have been in the Auto Finance and Insurance industry for over 30 years. Our experience includes a unique blend of wholesale and retail automotive ranging from agents, sales and sales managers, Finance and Insurance managers, Business Development Managers, General Managers and F&I trainers
We are experienced with fully insured, retro and reinsured programs. HFS officers have developed certification, service drive and MOP (Missed Opportunity Programs) to help fulfill all our clients' needs.
Our company also has a wide array of marketing experience with print mailers, publications, e-commerce and database re-solicitation initiatives.

Meet Our Team
Ron began his professional career as a comptroller in a large regional bank in Boston, Massachusetts.
When he saw how the entire banking business was changing dramatically, he joined an organization providing financial institutions with credit related insurance products that generated fee income for the institutions rather that interest income.In 1983 he founded his own agency that offered a diverse array of automotive financial products and services to auto dealerships, membership based organizations.
Throughout Ron’s career, his companies have served the automotive financial services needs of 300 organizations. Ron’s group of companies, including HFS takes pride in providing their clients with not only a superior product but sales and service that is unmatched in a competitive marketplace. His philosophy is simple, maximizing the profitability opportunity for the client, while providing valuable products and services to the end users that creates loyalty and retention to our clients.
Mike has only recently entered back into the automotive and power sport industries. From 2002 to 2004 he worked with AAA clubs across the Country, outsourcing their personal loan business, and helping to sell accomodating financial products. In 2004 he started a digital marketing / advertising company, which has serviced clients in the travel, technlogy, and lead generation industries. Some of his clients include the Walt Disney World Resort, SeaWorld, and Universal Orlando. In 2006 he helped to found and build Boston Condo Group, which specializes in buyer representation in Boston's high end real estate markets.
Mike has a background of experiences and abilities unique to this industry, and as a result he's able to develop and create profit-driven solutions that Harbor First's clients wouldn't be participating in anywhere else.
TJ graduated from the College of William and Mary with a degree in Engineering, which he attended on a football scholarship. He's an avid Harley rider, and from time-to-time will join the band Stick Figure on tours and help perform the songs he co-wrote.
TJ works primarily with Harbor First's power sport clients. He specializes in business development, servicing and training, and increasing profitability levels at all revenue stations throughout a store.
